User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
Payments & Cancellations
All payments for tutoring sessions must be made in advance through our platform. Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, resources, and content provided on the TutorPulse platform are the intellectual property of TutorPulse and our tutors. These materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.
Limitation of Liability
TutorPulse is not responsible for technical issues outside of our control or for specific academic outcomes. While we strive to provide the highest quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific grades or results.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in any misconduct, misuse the platform, or fail to make timely payments, in accordance with our terms of service.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
