TutorPulse is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our students, particularly those under 18. We operate in accordance with the Children Act 1989 and "Keeping Children Safe in Education" guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
All our tutors undergo a rigorous selection process, including enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training. We ensure that every educator on our platform is aware of their responsibilities and equipped to maintain a professional and secure online space.
All lessons are conducted on secure, vetted video platforms. Tutors will never ask students for personal contact information. For quality and safety, sessions may be recorded and can be reviewed by our Designated Safeguarding Lead if a concern is raised.
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is responsible for overseeing our safeguarding procedures and handling any concerns. They ensure our policies are up-to-date and that all staff and tutors are trained in best practices.
